Main Lodge – Sleeps 12-18

Main floor has a full large kitchen open to living area, dinning area and poker table area ( this has a plasma TV and fireplace) , it also has a games room with another TV, pool table, bar.
on the same floor there is a bedroom with four single bunk beds, two bedrooms each with one queen size bed.
There are four bathrooms on main level.
Laundry facility – just off of the laundry room is the hot tub ( outdoor) back entrance and boot room as well as the front entrance.
On the upper floor there are two single rooms each with a queen bed and a large bedroom with two queen beds and an ensuite bathroom.
On this level there is also another full bathroom and open area in the middle of the three bedrooms which can be used for a quiet area.
On the bottom level there are four bedrooms each with two queen beds.
The bottom level also has a large drying room for drying ski clothing, boots and gear.
The kitchen has a stove and two ovens, Microwave, coffee pot, dishwasher, fridge and a lot of counter space with bar stools.
Dining area has large table and plenty of chairs/bench
use of heated shop to work on sleds (shared space)

In summary, the lodge has 10 bedrooms, 5.5 bathrooms, 2 fireplaces, 2 TVs, full kitchen and eating area, laundry and hot tub.

Minimum 3-night stay
Lodge rate per night: $899.00 for 15 guests, each additional person $30.00 up to max 18

Cleaning fee rates:
Lodge $450.00

Check in 3-5 pm and check out 10 am

full payment is required 14 days before arrival
cancellation must be prior to 30 days of arrival. A fee of 50% of total unit charges will be applied to your credit card if canceled 15 to 30 before arrival date, cancellations less than 15 days will be charged the full unit charges, applied to your credit card.
taxes and cleaning fees will be applied to the full payment
No smoking in units (designated smoking area is near back deck)
No pets on property or units
Hot tub to be shared between all units
No illegal drugs or activities
All damages will be applied to the credit card on file
Only one payment per unit will be processed. EVL will no longer take individual payments per person when renting the entire unit
Check in time is between 3-5 pm
Check out time is 11 am
All late arrivals must pay a late arrival fee and must notify us two days before checking in
